Operations

JEFF HANCOCK

FOUNDER  AND CEO

Jeff founded Allied Cloud in 2013 to help small to medium-sized businesses scale on the NetSuite platform. He is a technology industry veteran with more than 25 years experience in engineering, management and leadership. Prior to founding Allied Cloud, Jeff was an Engineering manager for SAIC, and co-founder and Executive Director of the San Diego Futures Foundation.

JENNIFER ONG

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Jennifer develops, manages and supports internal, operational processes. This includes management of the sales process, implementation of new initiatives, and resource planning. It also includes administrative management of NetSuite, Office 365, ClickUp and other platforms Allied Cloud operates on. Jenn has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, with a Minor in Marketing, from California State University Northridge, and is based in Arizona.

WENDY HANCOCK

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Wendy manages all accounting, human resources, payroll, billing, banking, and collections activities, and oversees all contracts for the company. She has a Bachelor's degree in English from San Diego State University, and is based in Olympia, Washington.

TRAVIS BUFFINGTON

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Travis is a NetSuite Certified Administrator, Consultant and Developer with more than 8 years’ experience working within the NetSuite platform. He manages all advanced customizations, third-party integrations, services, and the development of our NetSuite product portfolio, including our Real Estate solution. Travis is the first NetSuite engineer to pass the NetSuite ERP, SuiteCloud, and Administrator certifications, and is based in Pennsylvania

KIERSTYN HANCOCK

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Kierstyn provides support to the team and assists with a variety of administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, data preparation, and internal documentation and resources updates.

BERNADETTE CAMPBELL

BUSINESS ASSISTANT

Bernadette performs marketing efforts, helps create and evolve vital business processes, and performs recruiting. Additionally, she provides support to our service delivery team. She acquired her administrative, project management, and policy and process improvement skills working in the non-profit, government, healthcare, K-12, and post-secondary education sectors. Bernadette has a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis, and holds an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR).  Based in Arizona, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and rediscovering her love for astronomy.

KATIE KAYS

DIRECTOR OF SALES

The Director of Sales manages the Consulting Services department and is responsible for engaging with NetSuite and prospects through the sales process. Katie also worked at Oracle NetSuite. She is a graduate of Oregon State University with a B.S. in Marketing and is currently finishing out a master's program in Organizational Leadership – Graduation 2022.

SAVANNAH UPCHURCH

SALES COORDINATOR

Savannah provides all pre-sales coordination for both the NetSuite Social Impact and Business teams. This includes interfacing with NetSuite, coordinating meetings, collecting information, following up and assisting with the closing process. Savannah has a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics Economics, and a certificate in Data Analytics from Western Kentucky University, and is based in Kentucky.

TIM HYDAR

DIRECTOR OF IMPLEMENTATIONS

Tim is the Director of implementations. In his role, he oversees the entire department which entails overseeing the scoping process, assigning teams, and monitoring and anticipating the needs of each implementation to support our clients and ensure a successful project. Tim is the former Director of Distribution for The Little Bit Foundation, based in St. Louis. He has a degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Operations Management, with a Minor in Information Technology, from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Tim is based in St. Louis.

BRIANA LEWIS

PROJECT MANAGER

Briana lives in Michigan and is oversees implementations as a Project Manager, with emphasis on nonprofits. She is a former Associate Program Manager for Rocket Community Fund in Detroit, where she directed a series of outreach and engagement initiatives, working with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Ronald McDonald
House, Forgotten Harvest, and Detroit Public Schools.

TERRY COCHRAN

IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Terry provides a deep background in financial management and configuration of NetSuite for advanced financials and reporting. He has six years of experience with NetSuite for both General Business and Social Impact, with an emphasis on International implementations, particularly Canada. Terry is based in Michigan.

RENEE VIDRINE

IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Renee leads NetSuite Implementations for our clients. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has experience in for-profit and social enterprise manufacturing and distribution, managing government contracts and grants for services, and donor stewardship. She enjoys supporting process improvement and streamlining with technology and innovation. On weekends, she creates stained glass and spends time with her family and 2 Goldendoodles outside of New Orleans, Louisiana.

HOLLAND DIZ

IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Holland leads implementations of NetSuite to Allied Cloud clients migrating from prior systems. In her role, she leads calls, organizes and conducts meetings, and works directly with the client to ensure a smoot transition. Previously she was the Director of Development for Everybody Wins, and Corporate Donations Manager for Good360. She has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Randolph Macon Woman’s College, in Lynchburg, Virginia, and is based in Washington D.C.

ADAM PANZER

IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Adams leads implementations primarily for businesses with heavy emphasis on inventory and manufacturing. He is an experienced NetSuite Administrator and user of NetSuite for financials, inventory and Project Management, and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

ROSALIND ZAVRAS

NONPROFIT CONSULTANT

Based in Connecticut, Roz has ten years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, and has implemented NetSuite for more than 100 companies. With roles ranging from project manager to CFO, she has also worked for nonprofits and non-government organizations around the world on everything from revamping cash-based accounting systems to quadrupling warehouse operations.

CHELSEY KIESTER

BUSINESS ANALYSTS MANAGER

Chelsey has 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite user and administrator, and is an Oracle certified NetSuite Financial user. Based in Southern California, Chelsey coordinates implementations for both Social Impact and General Business implementations, and oversees the Business Analyst team.

GRIFFIN  MORONEY

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Griffin provides implementation support as a Senior Business Analyst. He attends implementation calls, assists with the coordination and follow-up implementation tasks, configures NetSuite accounts, and assists with data migration. Additionally, Griffin supports the other Business Analysts on our team as needed and performs training. Residing in Maryland, Griffin earned both a B.S. in Information Systems, as well as his MBA from Salisbury University.

LIZA CAMACHO

BUSINESS ANALYST

Liza provides implementation support as a Business Analyst. She is an experienced consulting professional with a demonstrated history working in medical and computer software industry. She has 3 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite Cloud ERP as a Technical Support and Functional Consultant for General Business industry. Liza holds NetSuite Suite Foundation, Financial User and Administrator certifications and focusses primarily on general accounting, financials, budgets, bank transactions and fixed assets management. Liza is based in Philippines.

AKIF SHAIKH

BUSINESS ANALYST

Akif provides support as a Business Analyst on for-profit clients. He attends implementation calls, assists with the coordination, and follow up implementation tasks, configures NetSuite accounts, and assists with data migration. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's in Economics and a Minor in Entertainment Media Management. He enjoys traveling to undiscovered places, trying unique foods, and scuba diving.

SUPPORT SERVICES

AMANDA CHEROLIS

DIRECTOR OF SUPPORT SERVICES

Amanda manages the Support Services department, provides support directly to clients after go-live, and provides support to teams during active implementations. She has deep experience with NetSuite as an Administrator for Manufacturing and Wholesale businesses. Amanda holds NetSuite SuiteFoundation and Administrator certifications, has a B.S in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Business and Marketing from Kent State University, and is based in Ohio.

BRIDGET LINDLEY

SUPPORT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Bridget is responsible for overseeing the process of creating and assigning support tickets as well as managing the process and tasks for clients transitioning into Support Services. She also works with clients in Support Services to complete Support Tickets as needed. Bridget is based in Illinois.

SCOTT STOBBE

SENIOR DEVELOPER

Scott provides an extensive array of technical services, and develops a range of custom solutions for our customers. Scott focuses on tailoring NetSuite specifically for our client’s needs, primarily in the areas of workflows, ecommerce, custom forms and automations.

ROHAN KOHLI

DATA MIGRATION SPECIALIST

Rohan provides support as a Data Migration Specialist for both nonprofit and for-profit clients. He performs data migrations from a client's existing system into NetSuite. Rohan has a Bachelors in Supply Chain and Logistics from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, and a Masters in Data Analytics from Maryville University. He is based in Missouri, enjoys traveling, hiking, and tennis, and loves cats.

FRANCISCA SEVERINO DIAZ

LEAD DATA MIGRATION

Fran manages and oversees data migrations, primarily around go-live data such as open transactions and Trial Balances. She also assists in the preparation of data mapping and configuring NetSuite accounts for data imports. She also helps with training for for-profit and non-profit clients. Fran also assists with multi-lingual implementations and training, and is based in Chile.

CHIARA HIGANTO

NETSUITE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Chiara works on the Support Services team, providing post-go live support for our NetSuite clients. She is responsible assisting clients with questions about their account, customizations, training and other support. Chiara is based in the Philippines.
