Leadership

JEFF HANCOCK

PRESIDENT AND CEO

Jeff founded Allied Cloud in 2013 to help small to medium-sized businesses scale on the NetSuite platform. He is a technology industry veteran with more than 25 years experience in engineering, management and leadership. Prior to founding Allied Cloud, Jeff was an Engineering manager for SAIC, and co-founder and Executive Director of the San Diego Futures Foundation.

ROSALIND ZAVRAS

VP, SOCIAL IMPACT SOLUTIONS

Based in New York, Roz has nine years of experience in the non-profit, start-up, and government sectors. With roles ranging from project manager to CFO, she has worked around the world on everything from revamping cash-based accounting systems to quadrupling warehouse operations.

AMELIA BROWN

VP, GENERAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Previously with DIYhomecenters, Amelia manages our General Business team. In her role, she assists with the pre-sales process, scopes implementations and provides product-area expertise to support implementations. She has deep experience with NetSuite as an Administrator for Manufacturing and Wholesale businesses. Amelia holds the NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification, has a BA in History and Anthropology from Indiana University, and is based in Wisconsin.

TRAVIS BUFFINGTON

VP, ENGINEERING AND APPLICATIONS

Travis is a NetSuite Certified Administrator, Consultant and Developer with more than 8 years’ experience working within the NetSuite platform. He manages all advanced customizations, third-party integrations, services, and the development of our NetSuite product portfolio, including our Real Estate solution. Travis is the first NetSuite engineer to pass the NetSuite ERP, SuiteCloud, and Administrator certifications, and is based in Pennsylvania

WENDY HANCOCK

CFO

Wendy manages all accounting, human resources, payroll, billing, banking, and collections activities, and oversees all contracts for the company. She has a Bachelor's degree in English from San Diego State University, and is based in Olympia, Washington.

JENNIFER ONG

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Jennifer develops, manages and supports internal, operational processes. This includes management of the sales process, implementation of new initiatives, and resource planning. It also includes administrative management of NetSuite, Office 365, ClickUp and other platforms Allied Cloud operates on. Jenn has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, with a Minor in Marketing, from California State University Northridge, and is based in Arizona.

AMANDA CHEROLIS

CLIENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS MANAGER

Amanda manages the Support Services department, provides support directly to clients after go-live, and provides support to teams during active implementations. She has deep experience with NetSuite as an Administrator for Manufacturing and Wholesale businesses. Amanda holds NetSuite SuiteFoundation and Administrator certifications, has a B.S in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Business and Marketing from Kent State University, and is based in Ohio.

CHELSEY KIESTER

CLIENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS MANAGER

Chelsey has 3+ years of NetSuite user experience at her previous non-profit. She is an Oracle certified NetSuite Financial user. Based in Southern California, Chelsey coordinates implementations on the Social Impact Team.

TERRY COCHRAN

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Terry provides a deep background in financial management and configuration of NetSuite for advanced financials and reporting. He has six years of experience with NetSuite for both General Business and Social Impact, with an emphasis on International implementations, particularly Canada. Terry is based in Michigan.

JACKIE WEAVER

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Jackie has extensive background in financial management, NetSuite for financials, fixed assets, taxes and reporting. Jackie handles all complex tax scenarios, and is our lead for Avalara implementations. She has 11 years of experience with NetSuite for General Business and is based Florida.

RYAN PUROL

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Ryan has five years of experience as a NetSuite user for finance in the software industry. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University, Major in Political Science, Minor in Applied Music, and is based in Los Angeles.

MARIANNA CUINA

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Marianna leads implementation for all markets we serve. She has three years of experience working with, supporting and implementing NetSuite, and is a former Functional Consultant at Oracle/NetSuite. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, with Minors in Advertising and Spanish, from the University of Austin, Texas, and is based in in Austin.

CRYSTAL BRENT

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Crystal is an Implementation Manager with two years of experience implementing NetSuite for nonprofits. She was formerly a Functional Consultant for Oracle/NetSuite, Social Impact, and has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management, and Minor in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Crystal is based in Austin.

ELISSA WILLIAMS

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Elissa leads implementations with an emphasis on NetSuite for nonprofits. She is an experienced NetSuite Administrator and user of NetSuite for financials, budgeting, reporting and organizational planning. Elissa is the former Operations Lead for The Engine Room, has a Masters of Education in Teaching And Learning from DePaul University, a Bachelors of Science in Social Sciences from Rockford University, and is based in Illinois.

KATHY BLAKESLEY

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Kathy leads implementations for both nonprofit and for-profit clients. She is an experience NetSuite Administrator and users for financials, with specialty expertise and background in the construction industry. Kathy is a Certified Public Accountant, based in Arizona.

ADAM PANZER

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Adams leads implementations primarily for businesses with heavy emphasis on inventory and manufacturing. He is an experienced NetSuite Administrator and user of NetSuite for financials, inventory and Project Management, and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

FRANCISCA SEVERINO DIAZ

BUSINESS ANALYST

Fran provides support for all Allied Cloud implementations. Her focus is primarily around data migration, account preparation and configuration, project coordination and CRM training. Fran also assists with multi-lingual implementations and training, and is based in Chile.

HOLLAND DIZ

BUSINESS ANALYST

Holland supports implementations for both for-profit and nonprofit clients. In her role, she assists with meeting coordination, task follow up, and data migration. Previously she was the Director of Development for Everybody Wins, and Corporate Donations Manager for Good360. She has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Randolph Macon Woman’s College, in Lynchburg, Virginia, and is based in Washington D.C.

TIM HYDAR

BUSINESS ANALYST

Tim provides implementation support for clients with heavy emphasis on inventory, manufacturing and warehouse management. Tim is the former Director of Distribution for The Little Bit Foundation, based in St. Louis. He has a degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Operations Management, with a Minor in Information Technology, from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Tim is based in St. Louis.

SCOTT STOBBE

SENIOR DEVELOPER

Scott provides an extensive array of technical services, and develops a range of custom solutions for our customers. Scott focuses on tailoring NetSuite specifically for our client’s needs, primarily in the areas of workflows, ecommerce, custom forms and automations.

RYAN DUNCAN

BUSINESS ANALYST

Ryan is based in Arizona and provides support to the implementation teams. In this role, he attends implementation calls and oversees coordination of efforts, and assists in the preparation and import of data.

LEOR BAUM

BUSINESS ANALYST

Leor provides support as a Business Analyst for both nonprofit and for-profit clients. He attends implementation calls, assists with the coordination and follow up implementation tasks, configures NetSuite accounts, and assists with data migration. Leor is based in Los Angeles and has a B.A. in Film Production from Cal State Northridge.

KINO BASILE

BUSINESS ANALYST

Kino provides support to the implementation teams. In this role, he attends implementation calls and oversees coordination of efforts, and assists in the preparation and import of data. He is a former Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn and Account Manager at PayPal. Kino has a Bachelors of Business Management from Bellevue University, and is based in Omaha, Nebraska.

BRIDGET LINDLEY

SALES COORDINATOR

Bridget provides all pre-sales coordination for both the NetSuite Social Impact and Business teams. This includes interfacing with NetSuite, coordinating meetings, collecting information, following up and assisting with the closing process. Bridget is based in Illinois.

KIERSTYN HANCOCK

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Kierstyn provides support to the team and assists with a variety of administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, data preparation, and internal documentation and resources updates.
