What We Do

Allied Cloud Solutions is a mission-based company that provides implementation, customization and related services for businesses migrating to the NetSuite ERP and ClickUp Productivity platforms. We support business from all sectors that seek to improve their processes and scale by migrating from legacy financial, inventory, ecommerce, CRM and other platforms to NetSuite and ClickUp. Our roots began in the not-for-profit space, and now, we are one of the only NetSuite Alliance Partners that is also a certified B-corporation.

Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager is responsible for consulting on every aspect of the implementation to ensure that our customers are fully leveraging NetSuite. They will serve as the project consultant and overall go-to person for the implementation leads. They will also be the face of Allied Cloud to potential customers to fully scope their needs for a successful financial migration. Currently the open positions have an emphasis on solutions for Manufacturing, Social Impact (nonprofit), Project Management, and Real Estate.

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with the client and implementation team members to support the process. They serve as the project consultant and overall go-to person for the Implementation Manager. Client Success Representative

The Client Success Representative is responsible for providing NetSuite support to clients both during their go live transition as well as after go live in Support Services. They will manage a group of Support Services clients directly to oversee all projects and tickets for that client. This person will be a key part of the implementation process by providing support to the team as well as ensuring client satisfaction.

Technical Lead

The Technical Lead is responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients and implementation teams during migrations to NetSuite. They will work directly with the VP of Engineering to tailor the client’s NetSuite instance for their needs. Customization generally includes:

    • On platform SuiteBuilder customizations including custom fields, custom record types, custom transactions, and segments
    • Entity and transaction form customization including Advanced PDF/HTML templates
    • Addressing business process gaps through customization tools such as workflows and SuiteScript
