Allied Cloud Solutions is a mission-based company that provides implementation, customization and related services for businesses migrating to the NetSuite ERP and ClickUp Productivity platforms. We support business from all sectors that seek to improve their processes and scale by migrating from legacy financial, inventory, ecommerce, CRM and other platforms to NetSuite and ClickUp. Our roots began in the not-for-profit space, and now, we are one of the only NetSuite Alliance Partners that is also a certified B-corporation.
Who We Need

The Implementation Lead is responsible for consulting on every aspect of the implementation to ensure that our customers are fully leveraging NetSuite. They will serve as the project consultant and overall go-to person for the implementation leads. They will also be the face of Allied Cloud to potential customers to fully scope their needs for a successful financial migration.
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting implementation process, ensuring that our customers are fully leveraging NetSuite. They serve as the project consultant and overall go-to person for the implementation leads.
Data Analysts assist with the migration of data into the NetSuite platform. Data include such records as customers, vendors, the Chart of Accounts, transactions, custom lists and other custom data.
Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager is responsible for post-go-live support. The CSM logs and tracks trouble tickets, ensures support is being provided quickly and successfully, and is the client’s direct contact.
ACS is a dedicated, client-focused team. Our mission is to serve our clients by providing a pleasant and successful implementation of their NetSuite account. Experiences and skills vary from one job to another, and we will provide those details, however we expect the following core skills of all employees:

We are currently looking for a ClickUp Coordinator to support our team’s use of ClickUp, both internally and on our NetSuite implementations. The Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting our NetSuite teams and their clients as they migrate to NetSuite. Tasks include configuring and customizing project templates, providing training to clients and staff, and supporting the staff throughout the implementation process. The position will lead to Implementation Manager as our ClickUp practice grows.
- Experience creating and managing ClickUp Spaces, Lists, Folders, Tasks and Subtasks
- Experience with ClickUp automations
- Comfortable with remote-based video training
- Experience with at least one other project management platform and best practices
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Any background in other CRM, ERP or Accounting software is a plus
- Excellent, and we mean excellent, communication skills
