Service Delivery Team: Implementation Leads
The Implementation Lead is responsible for consulting on every aspect of the implementation to ensure that our customers are fully leveraging NetSuite. They will serve as the project consultant and overall go-to person for the implementation leads. They will also be the face of Allied Cloud to potential customers to fully scope their needs for a successful financial migration. Currently the open positions have an emphasis on solutions for Manufacturing, Social Impact (nonprofit), Project Management, and Real Estate.

Service Delivery Team: Business Analysts
The Business Analyst III is responsible for supporting client migrations to NetSuite. They will work directly with the Implementation Lead to track progress and help ensure successful implementations, which can range from 60 to 100+ days. They will be a key part of the process, helping to ensure a successful implementation for the client.

NetSuite Technical Support Specialist
The NetSuite Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients both during their implementations and as a part of post go-live support. They work with the Implementation Leads, Analysts, Support team, Senior Developer, and the VP of Engineering to provide advanced technical solutions on the NetSuite platform.
