At Allied Cloud, our vision is to deliver software solutions to our clients the way we would expect to receive them ourselves – efficiently, pleasantly, successfully.

Our team has more than 40+ years combined experience with the NetSuite platform, and 30 years of experience in business management and accounting. We have a wide variety of expertise on the NetSuite platform, from manufacturing, retail and services, to advanced financial management including revenue recognition, fixed assets and asset allocations. We are an authorized Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner and Social Impact Partner.

Jeff Hancock

Founder/CEO 

Jeff founded Allied Cloud in 2013 to help small to medium-sized businesses scale on the NetSuite platform. He is a technology industry veteran with more than 25 years experience in engineering, management and leadership. Prior to founding Allied Cloud, Jeff was an Engineering manager for SAIC, and co-founder and Executive Director of the San Diego Futures Foundation.

Wendy Hancock

Director of Operations

Wendy manages all accounting, human resources, payroll, billing, banking, and collections activities, and oversees all contracts for the company. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from San Diego State University, and is based in Olympia, Washington.

Savannah Upchurch

Director of Sales and Support

Savannah manages the sales process with NetSuite and prospective clients for both the NetSuite Social Impact and Business teams. This includes interfacing with NetSuite, coordinating meetings, collecting information, participating in sales and scoping calls to document requirements. She also oversees the Support team, and reengages with clients to ensure the highest level of service as they continue using NetSuite. Savannah has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics Economics, and a certificate in Data Analytics from Western Kentucky University, and is based in Kentucky.

Lee Wood

Director of Shopify Solutions

Lee is a business entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in retail, franchising, and ecommerce. Based in Arizona, with a degree in Business Management from Perdue University, Lee is focused on developing and growing Allied Cloud’s Shopify solutions and integrations with NetSuite.
